Adam Lis joins JLL Poland as Flexible Office Solutions Manager.
The development of the flexible office space segment is one of the most important trends on both European and Polish commercial real estate markets. The changing nature of our work, combined with fluctuating employee expectations, are reflected in the numbers. According to data from JLL, flex operators already offer approx. 250,000 sq m throughout Poland - including signed locations but not yet opened. The increasing popularity of flexible spaces is particularly evident in Warsaw, where the segment accounted for one in five square meters of office space leased in the city center last year. We want to meet the needs of our clients, both flex operators and tenants, hence our decision to expand the JLL team. Adam's experience and knowledge will help to strengthen not only our competence, but also the business of JLL's partners.
