The VELUX Group has renewed the lease agreement for its office in The Park Warsaw complex in Warsaw. The company has also leased an additional 550 sq m of office space, expanding its headquarters to nearly 2,300 sq m. Experts from JLL once again represented VELUX Polska in the process of negotiating lease terms.
The rapid growth of the company mainly due to the development of global functions that our employees provide to the group, has meant that the previous space was insufficient for us. The high technical standard of the building, as well as the infrastructure of the whole facility along with its many amenities for our employees, means that we feel comfortable here.
