JLL promotes Mateusz Polkowski

JLL has appointed Mateusz Polkowski as Head of Research and Consulting for the Central and Eastern Europe region. At the same time, he will continue to lead a team of experts which analyzes the real estate market in Poland.

Since his promotion, Mateusz Polkowski has been closely cooperating with JLL analysts in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary and is responsible for preparing long-term development plans for these teams.

Mateusz has been managing JLL's Polish research and consulting department for three years and during this time he has helped to strengthen our position as the most reliable source of analyzes regarding Poland's real estate market. JLL is the leading market expert in Poland and successfully advises clients on making strategic decisions from the point of view of their business. His promotion is a very important step in the further development of these competences in the other countries of the region where we are present. It will also allow for greater integration and cooperation between all five markets.

Mateusz Polkowski joined JLL in 2007. He has eighteen years' experience in the commercial real estate market, which he has gained both from a developer and consulting company perspective. He is the author and co-author of a number of research and consulting reports, feasibility and profitability studies for the largest developers operating on the Polish market, as well as JLL publications on trends and forecasts for the real estate sector in Poland.
