Wrocław is one of the most rapidly developing business centres in Poland and the third largest office market in the country. The city's office supply at the end of the first half of 2019 was 1.1 million sq m. The attractiveness of the Wrocław market is luring many employees from other cities, and as a result, up to 75% of specialists in Wrocław's business services sector are from outside the city.
The high quality of life that Wrocław has to offer translates into a high percentage of potential employees who would be ready to relocate here. This is one of the reasons why companies from the business services sector invest so willingly in the city. It is a well known fact that BPO / SSC companies are the main tenant of modern offices in Poland, and Wroclaw is no exception. According to ABSL data, the industry already employs nearly 48,000 people and occupies 49% of existing stock in Wrocław.
