The capital of Upper Silesia remains an attractive office market for Globalworth Poland. This is illustrated by the latest lease agreements and the recent acquisition of two Silesia Star buildings. The IBM IT group has decided to renew its lease agreement for 9,000 sq m in A4 Business Park. In addition, a contract for nearly 2,000 sq m signed by JAMF - a company from the IT industry - means that office space of Supersam in Katowice is now fully leased.
The renewal of the lease agreement with IBM in the A4 Business Park office complex is satisfying not only for Globalworth Poland, but also for all of those who believed and still believe in the potential of Katowice as a rapidly developing business centre. Another success for Globalworth on the Silesian market is the fully leased office section of Supersam, which we achieved by signing a contract with software producer, JAMF. This is a place which has been popular with the region's residents for years, and one which has quickly become a popular location for office tenants as well. At Globalworth, we strongly believe in the further development of Katowice and want to actively participate in it. This is why we have taken over the Silesia Star office complex. The Globalworth community in Poland already has over 110,000 employees and visitors present in our buildings every day.
