Maciej Kamiński has been appointed to lead the team of property managers and facility managers responsible for buildings in the Globalworth portfolio. He has also become a member of the management board at GPRE Property Management Sp. z o.o. and will be in charge of the continuation and further implementation of the in-house property management strategy in Polish portfolio of Globalworth.
With this in-house management model, we are able to be closer to companies that operate in our buildings. Being in direct contact with our tenants is an important element of Globalworth’s philosophy. However, long-term management of such a large portfolio of real estate requires a properly selected strategy, tools and thoughtful marketing activities. Globalworth's strength is that it has a team of great specialists with extensive experience in the area of property management, which will allow us to meet the needs of even the most demanding tenants.
