GASA GROUP company, a European exporter of plants and flowers, has signed an agreement for 2,500 sqm of space in Panattoni Park Poznań IV. Experts from JLL advised GASA GROUP on the negotiation of lease terms.
Our company specializes not only in the import of greenery, but also strongly focuses on ecological solutions that minimize the impact of the company's activities on the environment. When making choices, we always take into account the impact on both the people and the planet, building a solid and durable foundation for future generations. Therefore, new GASA GROUP warehouses are located in energy-efficient buildings and recycling containers are used to transport plants. GASA GROUP is a member of many environmental initiatives, such as tree planting on a local scale. On a global scale, we are a member of the FSI initiative for a sustainable supply chain in the horticultural sector, as well as other green-oriented projects
Marcin Malinowski, Commercial Manager, GASA GROUP Poland Sp. z o.o.
Our client is undoubtedly ecologically aware, and puts a lot of effort into pro-ecological activities and reducing, among others, the company's carbon footprint. Hence the decision to lease space in Panattoni Park Poznań IV, which is adjacent to the logistics company cooperating with GASA GROUP. This will not only translate into improved logistics of deliveries, but also shorten their time and route. Moreover, Panattoni's investments provide warehouse space of the highest quality, which entails the use of solutions that minimize heat and electricity consumption.
