Hochland to lease office space at Business Garden in Poznań

Hochland Sp. z o.o. will lease over 1,000 sqm of office space at Business Garden building in Poznań. JLL represented the tenant in the process of contract negotiations.

Hochland Sp. z o.o. is part of the Hochland Group, which employs about 4,200 employees in several countries. The company has been present in Poland since the early 1990s and has significantly contributed to the development of the Polish dairy market, creating a number of new categories, and developing active communication with consumers, which has influenced changes in eating habits. Due to the company's intensive development, Hochland has decided to move its headquarters from Kaźmierz to Poznań.
