DSV Solutions, an international logistics operator, has decided to lease warehouse space in Ożarów Logistics Centre II. Experts from JLL advised the tenant on negotiating the 3,300 sqm lease of class-A space.
As a leading company operating in the TSL sector, our aim is to respond to market needs and the requirements of our customers on an ongoing basis. The warehouse in Ożarów Mazowiecki will be dedicated to a specific customer from the pharmaceutical industry. The main reason behind the customer’s decision to lease this space was the centre’s technical specification, which fully meets the customer’s conditions for opening a pharmaceutical wholesale warehouse. Moreover, the well-developed road infrastructure around Ożarów Logistics Center II, also played an important part in our decision,
