Fanex Trade, a distributor of FMCG global brands, is increasing its warehouse facilities in the Tri-City. Due to the expansion of its operations, Fanex Trade will occupy 5,800 sqm of space in an urban warehouse in Gdynia belonging to the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics network. JLL advised the tenant on selecting the new location.
Northern Poland is a strategic region for 7R. We built our first warehouse here, and we are still developing a network of big box and SBU facilities in the region. Our City Flex will be the first city warehouse in Gdynia, to be located so close to the port and city center. The location of the warehouse has the required infrastructure and is well-served by public transport. The warehouse is also an attractive one for employees as it offers a comfortable working environment and increases the possibility of successfully recruiting prospective candidates.
