The Centrum Orląt office building in Wrocław will undergo a thorough transformation. Adventum International Ltd’s Quartum Fund, the owner of the investment, has decided to maintain the office function of the building and determined to have it refurbished and modernized to meet the latest standards. Tétris, the market leader in the field of fit-out, will perform comprehensive renovation works along with the replacement of the façade.
When we purchased the property our goal was to carry out a full modernization. We decided to keep the building’s initial office function, but we also wanted to breathe some new life into Centrum Orląt. The facility will offer a modern and sustainable environment that meets the needs and requirements of contemporary customers.
