Elżbieta Brożek, who was responsible for 7R’s HR strategy, has decided to take up a new professional challenge. We greatly appreciate and are grateful for the energy and effort that Elżbieta has put into not only creating the work environment at 7R, developing HR processes, recruitment strategies, but for helping us build the organization. Thanks to her work our ranks have the best commercial real estate practitioners in the country. Agnieszka will continue to develop the department using her ideas and experience. She is an outstanding specialist with over 20 years of experience in HR, so I am sure she will effectively support 7R in realizing our long-term HR plans which will contribute to the company's development and its performance,
comments Ryszard Gretkowski, Vice President of the 7R Management Board.
Joining the 7R team is an honor for me. I believe that my experience and open attitude to finding solutions and close cooperation with business will allow me to quickly translate the company's strategy into a detailed HR action plan to further strengthen 7R’s current team and attract new talent. My goal is to build an effective working environment where people fulfill their professional ambitions, respect each other, work toward one goal, realize the company’s strategy, and then celebrate success together. I am glad to be a part of this expanding warehouse and industrial sector,
