In the centrally located, completely refurbished Saski Crescent office building in Warsaw, a new tenant will occupy over 2,000 sqm.
GN Poland, part of the Danish-founded GN Group - a world leader in intelligent audio, video and gaming solutions and hearing systems - will lease more than 2,000 sqm of space in the boutique office building Saski Crescent in the centre of Warsaw. The company's new headquarters will occupy the entire 3rd floor of the building. The property, situated at the intersection of Marszałkowska and Królewska streets in Warsaw, is considered one of the best-rated locations on the capital's office map, offering a state-of-the-art, energy-efficient and attractive working environment. GN Poland will move into Saski Crescent at the end of this year. The tenant was assisted in its search for new premises by the Colliers consultancy agency. The landlord is CA Immo, assisted in the commercialization of the building by CBRE.
Comfort and a multifaceted sense of security are the foundations on which we base decisions about the location of our headquarters. We carefully consider the needs of our employees and look for office spaces where they can work in the best conditions. Saski Crescent has met all our expectations. We are confident that this will be the right frame for creating a good work environment, conducive to GN's further dynamic growth in the Polish market,
says Joanna Wiechowicz, Head of Service Delivery Centre, GN Poland.
The great effort that, in cooperation with our partners, we have put into the renovation of the Saski Crescent building is yielding tangible results. New Saski is now one of the most attractive and prestigious office locations in Warsaw. Our tenants appreciate the technologies and solutions implemented there to support the sustainability and wellbeing of its users. I am very pleased that these assets have been appreciated by GN, and I am convinced that Saski Crescent will more than meet all their expectations,
says Dawid Wątorski, Senior Leasing Manager at CA Immo in Poland.
Our client, previously working in a co-working office, wanted to open its own office, which would be a showcase for the company and support in attracting and retaining employees. The choice fell on Saski Crescent because of its excellent location in the center of Warsaw, providing easy access to public transportation,
says Marcin Załęski, Associate Director, Colliers.
