Anna Bartoszewicz-Wnuk, Anna Młyniec, Agata Sekuła and Savvas Savva have been appointed Members of the Management Board of JLL in Poland. All four of them join Tomasz Trzósło (Managing Director & President of the Management Board), Małgorzata Żółtowska and Kazimierz Kirejczyk (Vice-Presidents) to strengthen JLL's position on the real estate market in Poland.
The expansion of the JLL board on the Polish market is the result of three factors. First of all, we want to be able to quickly predict and respond to global changes in all segments of the real estate sector. Secondly, the business and portfolio of JLL services in Poland is growing every year, and the development of the company's board structures is needed for the efficient management of a large organization. In addition, the appointment of new board members is recognition of their commitment and successes. Their unique competences in selected areas, which they will be responsible for in the company’s extended management in Poland, will help JLL retain its leading position. I would like to congratulate everyone on their nomination and wish them every success in their new roles.
Tomasz Trzósło, Managing Director, Poland & CEE, JLL
These board nominations are of course based solely on merit. However, from the moment the JLL board was extended, we became one of the few real estate companies in Poland and the world, where most of the board members are women. What’s more, the percentage of women and men in senior positions in the Polish JLL office has been equal for a long time now. This greatly translates into an excellent working atmosphere, and above all excellent company results.
Tomasz Trzósło, Managing Director, Poland & CEE, JLL
