IWG, a global operator of flexible offices that includes brands such as Regus and Spaces in Poland, continues its dynamic expansion on the Polish office market. In 2018 alone, the company secured contracts for over 18,000 sq m of serviced area in nine locations. Furthermore, IWG's plans for 2019 are even more ambitious.
Currently there is a great deal of interest in flexible office space on the market, and IWG is well positioned to respond to these needs. IWG's portfolio, with a total area of approximately 50,000 sq m, appeals to a large number of prospective clients - looking for either smaller spaces in prestigious locations or larger offices in or outside the city centre.

We have ambitious plans for our brands in 2019. We continue to expand Regus, but we are also focusing on opening new Spaces offices. We want them to be in the best locations and in modern projects, not only in Warsaw. The best example of this direction is the lease agreement recently concluded in Wroclavia mixed use scheme. In addition, we have expanded the office in Centrum Marszałkowska by another 2,000 sq m. Its total area will be over 6,000 sq m, and it will be our largest office in Poland. And that's not all - we will soon inform the market about further contracts.
