ProperGate is one step closer to being a part of MBRIF Innovation Accelerator

Anna Walkowska and Rafał Grudzień, CTO and CEO of ProperGate, took part in MBRIF’s Pitch Day in Dubai and presented the company's solution to fund’s Advisory & Decision Committee. System provided by ProperGate is the leading smart delivery management software for construction projects delivered on time. According to ProperGate’s estimates, the implementation of their solutions can save up to 15% of the costs of large construction projects by optimizing logistics processes.

ProperGate is working on implementations of its solution with BESIX Group at their projects in Dubai and Rabat, the capital city of Morocco, as well as with Dom Construction at a residential project in Warsaw, the capital city of Poland. At the moment, ProperGate is focusing on the construction of skyscrapers, office buildings, and residential buildings, but will also expand its activities to public buildings, factories and warehouses.

The company already participates in the acceleration program of BESIX Group - one of the largest general contractors in Europe, the contractor for the Burj Khalifa project. ProperGate has been recognized in numerous national and international competitions such as Urban Quest (Skanska and Microsoft), PropTech Festival (Property Forum jury), Mind & Market (Deloitte Luxembourg), PropTech Map (Real Estate Innovation Network, EXPO Real and PwC) or EUTop50 (European Parliament).

Launched by the Ministry of Finance of the United Arab Emirates, the MBRIF Innovation Accelerator (IA) is a public-private partnership for UAE and international innovators. Aligned with the UAE National Innovation Strategy, the initiative aims to enhance growth potential of innovative businesses shaping the future of UAE’s economy. Through the Mohammed bin Rashid Innovation Fund (MBRIF), a federal initiative conceived and sponsored by the Ministry of Finance and operated by Ernst & Young (EY), the IA will offer world-class services and coaching to member companies, to accelerate their businesses, elevate capabilities, unlock value and achieve scale. The IA focuses on the seven sectors of the National Innovation Strategy: Space, Transport, Education, Technology, Water, Clean Energy.
