Dentons doubles office space for its EMEA business services center

The firm expands its business services center in Warsaw at Atrium Centrum by 1,660 sqm

Dentons Business Services EMEA (DBSE), the shared service center of the world's largest law firm, has expanded its current lease of office space at Atrium Centrum from 1,500 sqm to over 3,100 sqm. Experts from JLL represented DBSE during the processes of selecting the location and preparing a long-term lease strategy.

Since 2016, Atrium Centrum has served as the office for Dentons Business Services EMEA, which provides a wide portfolio of professional business services to the law firm’s offices across Europe and the Middle East. Within two years of its launch, the company has experienced dynamic growth and has doubled its office space.

Warsaw’s specialization as a business hub in Central and Eastern Europe makes the city a preferred location for some of the most advanced financial and technological processes. Our decision and dedication to continuing the development of DBSE in the heart of Warsaw was also driven by the highly-qualified and diversified labor market as well as the capital’s image as the most prestigious location to conduct business within the CEE region.

Atrium Centrum is a seven-floor office building providing approx. 17,400 sq m of office and retail space along with more than 200 underground parking spaces.
