Joki Sp. z o.o. - a subsidiary of Marvipol Development - has finalized the purchase of a plot of around 2.6 ha, located on Bokserska Street in Warsaw. The transaction value is PLN 54.3 million. The sale process was organized by experts from the international advisory firm JLL representing the vendor.

One of the biggest impulses for this change is the growing number of housing investments. They enjoy great interest among both individual buyers, including employees from nearby offices, as well as investors seeking an attractive opportunity to invest their capital. In addition, the modernization and changes in functions of existing office buildings supports the creation of a resident-friendly urban area. Undoubtedly, the investment capability of Służewiec still has a great deal of potential, which may result in further significant transactions on this land market in the near future.
