Not just offices. A unique restaurant has opened in Saski Crescent in the centre of Warsaw

The surroundings of the very centre of Warsaw have gained a new and interesting point on their gastronomic map. On Królewska Street, near Marszałkowska Street, in the ground floor of the boutique office building Saski Crescent, the BursztyNova restaurant has opened. The restaurant, with an area of more than 400 sqm, houses not only an original gastronomic concept that will be enjoyed by the capital's residents and tourists alike, but also a unique venue for training courses, corporate events or special occasions. BursztyNova has also prepared a special lunch offer for the employees of the recently modernised, boutique office building owned by CA Immo.

Amber, Ruby and Sapphire cheeses have reigned supreme in our homes for years, in no way inferior to cheeses from countries with a long cheese-making tradition, such as the Netherlands. The owners of these brands have gone a step further in their passion by developing a new gastronomic concept. BursztyNova is a one-of-a-kind restaurant where high-class cheeses play a key role in the menu, either as a stand-alone tasting item or incorporated into a variety of dishes. Guests can also enjoy cocktails, mocktails and a selection of fine wines. The semi-open kitchen, on the other hand, allows you to admire the craftsmanship of the chefs, and the intimate concerts organised there create a unique atmosphere, making the restaurant one of the most distinctive places on the gastronomic map of Warsaw.

BursztyNova in Saski Crescent offers more than 100 seats for guests. What's more, the room can be divided into two smaller rooms, making it ideal for both intimate meetings and special events, corporate events and training sessions. The design of the restaurant space fits in perfectly with the modern, lobby-like interior on the ground floor reminiscent of the best hotels.

We have changed the location of BursztyNova to respond effectively to the needs of our guests and develop our restaurant offer. Our aim is not only to serve delicious dishes and promote exceptional Polish long-ageing cheeses, but also to create a space ideal for training, events and celebrations, which our guests have often asked for. The new location gives us more options - it is better connected, offers convenient parking and space to fully enjoy the atmosphere of our restaurant without unnecessary complications. The new location is also a step towards closer contact with our guests. We want BursztyNova to be a place where you can not only enjoy great food, but also create special memories. The previous venue was intimate but limited our potential - both in terms of culinary and event organisation. Due to the restaurant's unique location, BursztyNova has introduced a special lunch offer for employees of the office building. A special app has also been developed with information on the menu or current promotions.

The opening of the BursztyNova restaurant in Saski Crescent is another step towards providing the highest level of comfort to the users of our office building, as well as an opportunity for Warsaw residents and tourists alike to see the unique spaces and common areas of Saski Crescent in a new guise while enjoying their food. The process of retrofitting the building involved creating a space there that goes far beyond standard office developments. We paid great attention to the smallest architectural details, redefined the outlook on functional qualities and introduced services there that can benefit not only the employees of the office building. In addition to the BursztyNova restaurant, an Aromat Bakery outlet also operates in Nowy Saski,

Located in the centre of Warsaw at 16 Królewska Street, the Saski Crescent office building offers tenants around 16,000 sqm of state-of-the-art Class A space. In February 2024, one global IT company leased more than 6,000 sq m of space there. Recently, CA Immo announced a transaction with DORACO, which will occupy 1,000 sqm on the 9th floor of the building, and GN Poland, a tenant of 2,000 sqm, the entire 3rd floor of the office building. This year, Saski Crescent also received WELL pre-certification, confirming the building's highest standard in terms of occupant health and well-being and its minimal impact on the environment. The building has also received WiredScore Platinum certification and is applying for BREEAM sustainability certification. The new Saski Crescent is equipped with building management systems, including lighting control systems to reduce energy demand and water-efficient low-flow fittings. In addition, at least 50% of the materials used in the renovation were sourced from recycled materials.
