CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) has acquired Building D in the 7R Park Beskid I logistics centre. The building offers 13,800 sqm GLA and is fully let to two tenants. 7R has now sold all four buildings which make up 7R Park Beskid I and comprise a total GLA of 58,300 sqm to CBRE Investment Management.
