Over the past two years, the portfolio of Tétris, a leader in the Polish market in the area of the fit-out of commercial real estate, has expanded with spectacular hotel projects. The largest of these is Royal Tulip Warsaw Apartments, located in the Unique Tower development owned by Marvipol Development. Tétris was responsible for the finishing works of the 312 fully furnished, five-star apartments with retail and recreational areas. The design, inspired by Warsaw's neighborhoods, was prepared by the Tremend studio.
The main feature of Royal Tulip Warsaw Apartments is the Warsaw inspired look of the interiors. Architects from the Tremend studio managed to reflect the spirit of the city and its history, using the grand district plan of the capital from the 1920s as a starting point. Thus, in the furniture, colors, or wallpapers, you will find references to Wola, Śródmieście or Żoliborz, among others. We have maintained consistency, and the leitmotif is visible in the apartments, restaurant areas, and other common zones. The interiors of the rooms are unconventional and unique. As a result, Tétris, responsible for the finishing stage, needed to customize the arrangement and layout of installations for each interior separately. The team's experience in hospitality projects and flexible approach translated into smooth delivery.
Rafal Kincer, CEO of Royal Tulip Warsaw Apartments
We are highly experienced in the fit-out of complex hotel projects – it is necessary to keep in mind the standardization of finishes, the scale of orders, and delivery schedules. With this last point, our experience in vertical transportation in high-rise buildings was invaluable. In addition, we were challenged by the lack of repeatability of the units, as this meant that we had to size each unit separately. At the same time, we were working on fit-out, shell & core scope and the development of the outdoor area – which required us to do particularly detailed planning and inter-team work.
