A member of the Hass Holding Group, DORACO has leased 1,000 sq m of space in the boutique office building Saski Crescent from CA Immo's portfolio. It will open its Warsaw headquarters on the 9th floor of the building, where a comprehensive retrofit process has recently been completed. DORACO will move into its new headquarters later in 2024. The transaction was brokered by the consultancy agency Wood Lark. CA Immo was assisted by CBRE.
At DORACO we value an original and visionary approach to creating new spaces. That is why the timeless and elegant design of the Saski Crescent building caught our attention and absorbed us to such an extent that we decided to locate our Warsaw team there. We are giving our employees a modern space, full of innovative technologies and conveniences, with a wide range of environmentally friendly solutions. We are convinced that the office and its excellent location will meet the expectations of our employees, business partners and clients,
says Kamil Łaszcz, Marketing Manager of DORACO.
We are delighted that DORACO is joining the tenants of the New Saski Crescent. Due to its location in the very centre of Warsaw and a number of functional advantages, it is undoubtedly an excellent space for business development. Over the past year, we have been carrying out a comprehensive renovation process of this office building. In addition to giving it a modern visual dimension, we also, or perhaps above all, took care of its functionality and aspects supporting the implementation of the ESG strategy. Today, the New Saski is distinguished by its high energy efficiency, comfort, and offers access to unique common areas, including a unique reception area and lobby,
says Dawid Wątorski, Senior Leasing Manager, CA Immo Poland.
We are very pleased with the assistance we were able to provide to DORACO in the process of selecting the best location for the company's Warsaw headquarters. Saski Crescent is an intimate, well-located building. I am convinced that CA Immo will provide the new tenant with comfortable working conditions. I would like to thank very much all parties involved in the completion of this transaction,
says Marcin Waś, Member of the Management Board, Wood Lark.
