The New Saski Crescent office building is becoming increasingly full. DORACO will occupy 1,000 sq m there

A member of the Hass Holding Group, DORACO has leased 1,000 sq m of space in the boutique office building Saski Crescent from CA Immo's portfolio. It will open its Warsaw headquarters on the 9th floor of the building, where a comprehensive retrofit process has recently been completed. DORACO will move into its new headquarters later in 2024. The transaction was brokered by the consultancy agency Wood Lark. CA Immo was assisted by CBRE.

DORACO is a company with 30 years' experience on the Polish general contracting market. Its portfolio includes such projects as the modernisation of the Pogoń Szczecin stadium, the expansion of the Gdańsk airport and the redevelopment of the Port of Gdynia. In Warsaw, its most recognisable achievements are the renovation of the SMYK Department Store and the construction of the Marszałkowska Centre. She has just finished preparing a new recording studio saturated with technology for Polish Television. She is currently involved in the construction of the new headquarters of Sinfonia Varsovia and the headquarters of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.

Saski Crescent is a boutique Class A office building located in the very centre of Warsaw at 16 Królewska Street, offering tenants 15,000 sq m of state-of-the-art work or meeting space. It has recently received WELL pre-certification, confirming the building's highest standard in terms of occupant health and well-being and its minimal environmental impact. The building has also received WiredScore Platinum certification and is applying for BREEAM sustainability certification. The New Saski Crescent is equipped with building management systems, including lighting control systems to reduce energy demand, and water-efficient low-flow fittings. In addition, at least 50% of the materials used in the renovation were sourced from recycled materials.

In February 2024, a global IT company signed a lease for more than 6,000 sq m in Saski Crescent and later this year its team will join the other tenants of the building. An outlet belonging to Aromat Bakery also operates in the lobby, and further expansion of the building's gastronomy offer is planned in the near future.
