7R, a Polish developer of modern warehouse space, will make its debut on the Lublin market. The planned investment – 7R Park Lublin – will be a complex of modern warehouse facilities located in the industrial part of the city.
Poland is an important logistics hub in Central and Eastern Europe. The growing regionalization of distribution centers is a key element of adapting the supply chain to the market’s rapidly changing needs. We also expect that the trend of moving production lines from Asia back to Europe will become more marked in the long term. As a consequence, the demand for industrial and warehouse space will increase throughout the country, including in eastern Poland. The developing road infrastructure and employee availability in the region are factors that will certainly attract investors to Lublin,
says Bartłomiej Krawiecki, Member of the Board and Head of Development at 7R.
Our Lublin complex, due to its location in the city, will offer a range of multi-functional facilities. This will include large warehouse halls as well as areas adapted for light production operations, and small units of about 2,000 sqm, which are a unique feature of our City Flex urban warehouses. By combining different types of buildings in one logistics park, we will create a flexible offer which will meet the diverse needs of tenants,
adds Maciej Krawiecki, Head of Leasing in 7R.
We had the pleasure of representing 7R’s planned logistics and industrial investment in Lublin. The huge potential of this facility lies in its proximity to the city center as well as its excellent access to the city’s ring road. These factors will undoubtedly guarantee the project's success on Lublin’s very promising market,
adds Wojciech Kosiór, Director, Head of BTS & Integrated Services at CBRE.
