The investment attractiveness of Wrocław is confirmed by the fact that at the end of the first quarter developers delivered 180,000 sqm of space to market, which was the best Q1 2020 result in Poland’s industrial real estate sector. Moreover, 200,000 sqm was under construction, with 50% being built on speculative terms. This illustrates the great confidence of investors in the Wrocław market and is further strengthened by new leases signed in this region. The best example of this is Elastron’s lease transaction for space in Panattoni’s warehouse.
