7R has won a tender to purchase 20 ha of land in the Pomeranian Logistics Centre. On the plot, the developer will build the 7R Park Gdańsk Port complex, with a total area of approx. 123,000 sqm. The land property is located in the immediate vicinity of the Port of Gdańsk, and the largest deep water terminal in the Baltic Sea – DCT Gdańsk.
We wanted to build a logistics park near the largest and fastest growing Polish container terminal. Thanks to this, we will extend our portfolio with a specialist project, adapted to shipping activities around the port and related to the maritime economy. It is worth noting that this conveniently located and well-connected area is also perfectly suited to the needs of the logistics, warehousing and light industry sectors.
