Artur Pakuła joins JLL

Artur Pakuła, an expert with 20 years’ real estate experience, and a comprehensive knowledge gained from cooperation with investors, developers and tenants from various sectors, will lead JLL’s Project & Development Services team.

At the beginning of February, Artur Pakuła, an expert with 20 years’ experience in all sectors of real estate market, took over the position of Head of Project & Development Services at JLL.

Artur is responsible for strengthening relationships with JLL clients in Poland and developing project management and technical advisory services with a focus on technological innovation, and a particular emphasis on sustainability and green buildings. This is one of JLL’s global priorities.

Every year we talk about the rapid development of the real estate market in Poland. However, no one expected that the trends shaping the sector would gain so much momentum. We are, of course, talking about the pandemic which has prompted companies to change their approach to the space we use on a daily basis. On top of this, the importance of technological solutions and environmental issues as well as the minimising of carbon footprints is increasing. That's why I'm glad that Artur Pakuła has decided to join us. He is an expert with comprehensive market knowledge of office, retail, industrial, hotel and residential sectors, with experience in cooperating with companies from a wide range of industries - from banking, through technology, to the public sector, and with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation. The project & development services team in Poland comprises 25 experts with extensive know-how in architecture, design, engineering and project management. The team works with landlords, funds, developers and tenants from leading international brands. The responsibilities of this JLL business line include, i.a., project, cost and investment process management, development monitoring, technical consultancy and technical due diligence services, reconstructions, as well as sustainability, and "green" certification services.

Artur Pakuła previously worked at CBRE Poland, where he held the position of Head of Project Management and Consultancy Team. He also acted as an independent external consultant, leading projects for many international clients - commercial developers, global financial and technological institutions, investment funds, corporate tenants and individual investors. He also has experience in revitalisation processes and cooperation with conservationists.

Artur Pakuła is a graduate of the Faculty of Construction and Architecture at the Szczecin University of Technology, and studies at the Hanze University of Technology in the Netherlands. He also completed postgraduate studies in Property and Project Management and is a licensed Property Manager and Real Estate Advisor.
