JLL has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Marynarska Point 2 in Warsaw. The total area of the 11-floor office building amounts to over 13,000 sqm.
Recently, we have carried out a number of changes and modernizations in Marynarska Point 2 in order to adapt the building to the changing needs of tenants. As part of the revitalization of the office area, we have spaces such as the reception desk, the atrium, and elevator lobbies. The appointment of a new consulting agency responsible for the commercialization of the building was a natural continuation of the implemented changes. JLL, as an experienced and trusted partner, perfectly complements the process of implementing changes in Marynarska Point 2. We are looking forward to seeing the results of JLL's work,

After a very challenging 2020, it is high time for a new opening and a fresh start.
