DSV Solutions, an international operator which specializes in providing contract logistics services, has once again decided to expand in Silesia. After negotiations, the company has extended its current contract at Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I and expanded its leased area by another 2,750 sqm. JLL represented DSV Solutions during negotiations.
Our goal is to fine tune advanced solutions so as to support the logistics operations of our customers. We are among the top five largest most profitable companies operating in the TSL sector. It obliges us to constantly develop technology and acquire highly complex projects. Therefore we want to strengthen our position in industrialized locations with potential, and Sosnowiec most certainly meets these criteria. At Panattoni Park, we run operations for customers from the automotive, industrial automation, medical and e-commerce sectors.
