Tygodnik Powszechny has leased office space in a building located at 1C Dworska Street in Kraków. JLL represented the tenant in the process of finding a suitable location and negotiating lease terms.
We are very pleased that, after receiving a lease termination notice for our historic headquarters, we were able to find such a great location and finalize the agreement in less than four months. The new office at Dworska Street provides modern and comfortable space for our team. A great advantage of this location is the proximity of the National Science Centre and the wide range of cultural institutions, such as the Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology and the Kraków Festival Office,
says Aleksander Kardyś, President of the Tygodnik Powszechny Foundation.
The main priority when we were searching for a new location for Tygodnik Powszechny was finding a spacious office, appropriately configured to the needs of the team, located in the central part of the city and well-served by public transport. Due to the nature of the magazine and its mission, it was important to obtain attractive lease terms. The location at 1C Dworska Street in the Kraków district of Dębniki, near one of the city’s business and cultural showcase - the ICE Kraków Congress Centre, perfectly meets these requirements,
