Elegant office with a tropical touch

The company entrusted Tétris with the complex finishing of its office – from the development of the detailed design, based on the space plan prepared by their architects, to the finishing works. In total, 4 thousand sqm of space located on 5 floors of an office building was to be developed. For 260 employees of the office, Tétris build open spaces with soundproof partitions, kitchen annexes and one large, spacious kitchen conducive not only to eating meals but also to informal meetings, as well as small, glazed conference rooms. Noteworthy is the already mentioned large conference room of 140 sqm.

In the interiors, the designers used primarily concrete and shades of grey, which were broken with wood, soft upholstery fabrics, as well as vivid shades of yellow and green. Wallpapers with jungle motifs also enliven the office. An interesting accent is a large glass showcase with tropical plants placed behind the reception desk. The counter itself is also eye-catching – it is illuminated and made of Calacatta Gold quartz sinter. The 120 sqm reception area is completed with a Hunter Douglas felt-lined ceiling and a soft carpet in line with the office's color scheme.

The project took the Tétris team less than six months to complete. The full scope of activities included construction works, installations (electrical, IT, access control, fire safety, HVAC, automation and BMS), furniture development (including kitchen and kitchen annexes), supply and installation of steel structures and lighting.
