The office market is constantly exposed to new trends – what is modern today may lose its novelty in a few years. Owners and building managers regularly redesign and modernize their assets to keep them attractive and respond to the current needs of tenants along with local communities. Lately one of such transformations took place in the lobbies of the Globis Poznan office building, owned by the GTC group. Tétris fit-out experts were responsible for complex construction and finishing works.
The Globis Poznan A-class office building with the BREEAM In-Use certificate on the Excellent level is located in the very center of the city, at Roosvelta Street. Such a high standard determines the look of the reception. It should be comfortable, reflecting modern character of the property. The task from GTC was to rebuild the lobby and provide it with a new, superior quality. Insomnia studio took care of the interior design, and we were entrusted with the complete implementation of the fit-out project. The interior impresses by combining elegant concrete with wood elements and colorful furniture warming the atmosphere.

The project at Globis Poznan brought us a lot of satisfaction. The logistic was challenging. We worked it out thanks to the experience in such projects, effective Tétris teamwork, subcontractors and excellent cooperation with GTC. The medical clinic located in the building was open during our construction and finishing works at the reception. That also included Saturdays. Offices of other tenants were open for employees. Working in an operating facility requires well-planned processes and conducting activities also at night. Each stage of the project was well thought-out and allowed for the uninterrupted function of the property.
