Alektum, a debt collection company, has leased 900 sqm in the Bema Plaza building in Wrocław. As part of the concluded agreement on the part of the lessor there is also a fit-out of the space. The advisory company, JLL, is responsible for the commercialisation of the building.
The Polish branch of the Alektum Group is rapidly developing, and the comfort of our employees is an important element in our company culture. These factors played a significant role in our decision to relocate our Wrocław office to a building which would provide us with more space and new opportunities. We also wanted the office to provide our employees with a number of amenities, in line with the latest trends, as well as to be situated in a prestigious area which would be well-connected to other districts of Wrocław’s,
says Grzegorz Bobrowski, CEO of Alektum Group in Poland.
Bema Plaza is a modern complex with a total office area of 23,000 sqm, providing tenants with great flexibility in space planning. It has easy to design classic open space as well as smaller offices and conference rooms. Its ground floor is used for retail and other services. The nearby parks, other green areas, restaurants, cafes, hotels, public institutions and cultural centres, mean that Bema Plaza offers comfortable working conditions and areas ideal for relaxation. The building also has a BREEAM In-Use environmental certificate. I am glad that this attractive and modern space has been appreciated by Alektum,
says Aleksandra Stanisz, Junior Consultant at the JLL Office in Wrocław.
