Rhenus Data Office Polska continues to expand

Rhenus Data Office Polska Sp. z o.o. is a certified supplier of modern business services, specializing in the optimization of business processes and management of both documents and information. Rhenus Data Office provides a range of services including the full life cycle of documents within the organization, from the moment of their creation, through processing and storage to secure destruction. It focuses its activities on complex handling of physical and electronic documents by means of state-of-the-art information technology including, the automation of repetitive processes with the use of software bots.

Rhenus Data Office Polska has been providing its services to customers throughout Poland since 2001. Over the past 18 years, it has become a highly popular supplier with a portfolio of long-term customers including major companies from both Poland and abroad, central and local government institutions as well as a number of SME businesses.

Rhenus Data Office Polska consists of four well-guarded high-storage archives, located in Nadarzyn, Ołtarzewo, Sokołów and Czeladź, and three branches equipped with modern high-performance installations for the destruction of documents in Nadarzyn, Chorzów and Poznań. To ensure the highest quality of services as well as meeting our customers’ requirements, we have implemented the ISO 27001 standard for information security and the ISO 9001 quality management standard. The selection of a new location results from the company's rapid development on the Polish market. Rhenus Data Office Polska is continuously strengthening its position, an which is illustrated by the launch of the company's third archive in the Mazowsze region. The tenant was looking for a warehouse park located in the vicinity of Warsaw, which would offer storage space with increased fire resistance of > 4,000 MJ adapted to the requirements of running a modern archive. The object in Sokołów perfectly meets such conditions. Hillwood Janki Sokołów is a state-of-the-art logistics centre designed for medium and large tenants located 17 km south of Warsaw's city centre.
