Advisory firm JLL has become the exclusive leasing agent for all of Adgar Poland's office space located in Warsaw, namely the Adgar Plaza and Adgar Park West complexes as well as the Adgar Wave and Adgar Bit buildings. In total, experts from JLL will be responsible for the commercialization of vacant space in a portfolio of more than 120 000 sqm of office space.

Warsaw is the most competitive office market in this part of Europe. The very high tenant activity in Poland's capital city should motivate investors to implement strategies focused on both the continuous development of real estate and adapting them to the changing demands of their users. This is particularly important in the case of Warsaw's Mokotów, the largest office district in Poland where five out of the eight Adgar office schemes are located. This part of the capital has recently undergone a significant transformation, and has become an attractive place not only for business but socially as well. We are pleased that we will be able to continue further work with JLL on increasing the attractiveness of Mokotów.

Adgar Plaza is an office complex located in Mokotów on Postępu Street, which consists of three buildings - the ten-floor Adgar Plaza A and Adgar Plaza B and the nine-floor Adgar Plaza ONE, offering a total of approx. 40,000 sqm of office space for rent with the possibility of using the Data Center infrastructure. In the complex, tenants can also use the wide range of event spaces called Be Inspired, a fitness club (with a pool and squash courts), yoga studio, café, bakery, a kiosk as well as a kindergarten. The complex offers modern above-ground and underground parking with an LPR system available not only for tenants, but guests as well.

Adgar Park West is a complex of three office buildings located in the centre of Ochota on Aleje Jerozolimskie, offering a total of 43,000 sqm of space for rent. These three buildings in cooperation with HRA Architekci underwent a thorough modernization in 2014, which included a new glass façade, a spacious, central atrium, and friendly outdoor courtyards with arranged relaxation zones. The complex is surrounded by a 900-meter cross-country trail, which fits perfectly into the green surroundings of the office buildings. As part of Adgar Park West, tenants can use a restaurant, kiosk, bakery, kindergarten and a range of commercial and service amenities related to a healthy and sport oriented lifestyle. As in the Adgar Plaza complex, the property has a car park with an LPR system for tenants and guests, as well as a modern Data Center. There are plans to implement a fourth building, building D.

Adgar Wave is a ten-floor building offering approx.14,000 sqm of modern office space for rent, with cafes, a kiosk and an Orange Theory gym. In addition, the building's reception has recently had a facelift thanks to the renovation designed by the Medusa Group architectural studio. The office building is located on Rzymowskiego Street in the immediate vicinity of Galeria Mokotów and just a ten-minute drive from the centre of Warsaw and Warsaw Chopin airport.

Adgar BIT is a cozy six-floor building, which provides 8,500 sqm of office space for rent. The office building, formerly known as Adgar Business Centre II, has recently undergone a complete modernization of the lobby and communal areas. An amphitheater is currently being built in front of the building with an extensive range of cultural and other entertainment events, prepared in cooperation with the local cultural centre.
